[And finally, after everything...it's over.

Everything is back to how it should be, once you exit out of the door behind the Waterfall. There are so many Monsters around, all of them excited and running around. Some are wondering what happened - some are just overwhelmed.

But, regardless....they're alive. They're here, after so much time. All of Monsterkind, back where they should be.

And everyone who you've lost...

They're back. They're back.

You have overcome so much. You have suffered through so much, and seen to the other side.

But now, for the first time in a long, long time...

...The Future is truly the brightest it's ever been.

No more pain. Only....forward, into wherever you go from here.

Though there is still so much to fix....there is still, as always...

[ She's in one of the common areas and sorting through papers. Pretty typically he can just follow the sound of her voice, because she's singing again. ]

[He walks through, softly, quietly - a small smile on his face as he hears her song, before walking into the room. At just the right volume to get her attention, he speaks -]

[ Her song stops abruptly and she whirls around.

Right. She remembered him again, so she knew he must have been okay. The group must have succeeded. But it's another thing to actually see him here, in person, when she's spent the last month losing her mind worrying about him, forgetting him piece by piece.

She doesn't know what to say. ]

[He doesn't know what to say, either -

but he does know what to do.

Without a word, he holds out his arms towards her - asking for her to come close and hold him.

His eyes are so very, very warm.]

[ Always. She spent so many years avoiding physical contact on principle, only to discover that she liked being hugged and holding hands. She gets up and hugs him immediately, starting to quietly cry into his shoulder. ]
