Everything is back to how it should be, once you exit out of the door behind the Waterfall. There are so many Monsters around, all of them excited and running around. Some are wondering what happened - some are just overwhelmed.

But, regardless....they're alive. They're here, after so much time. All of Monsterkind, back where they should be.

And everyone who you've lost...

They're back. They're back.

You have overcome so much. You have suffered through so much, and seen to the other side.

But now, for the first time in a long, long time...

...The Future is truly the brightest it's ever been.

No more pain. Only....forward, into wherever you go from here.

Though there is still so much to fix....there is still, as always...

[In the Underground, Yoshi can be found running around visiting the various monsters! He makes sure to visit Napstablook, Papyrus, and Toriel before they leave, but he can certainly be caught by the others as he's making his rounds.

Afterwards, he returns to Site 2 where he is equally easy to find in between missions - though probably resting after the wEEK LONG HIKE BACK.]

I know I haven't been around much lately, and I'm sorry about that. But you're safe with Saphir, even if he makes some questionable choices at times. I told you, that there were supposed to be other "good" people within the Foundation, right? Though I suppose he's not really part of it anymore.

I think you know already, but I'm not going to go back with you to your world. It's not something I deserve. I won't be going back with Saphir either, or anyone else.

I wish I had been around more, but it's for the best. You're already used to not having me around. It was nice to have a little sister again, even if I don't deserve it. But now that I can, I need to finally make things okay for her. I need to finally fulfill my promise.

Don't chase after me, there's no point. You won't believe me if I just leave it at that, I imagine. The only way to free her soul is to end Psychedelica, and the only way to do that is for me to no longer exist. So don't try, okay?

[ Gilgamesh probably exited stage right following the climax of everything, but he went and came wherever he so pleased, including straight to the organization itself. If he was absolutely causing trouble for said organization during his visits and being a menace to leaders/staff Yoshi wouldn't imagine things such as seeing people suddenly running around for some reason, more frazzled than usual.

But there he was in one of the lounge areas, in his daytime clothing which consisted of that white coat and pants from when they first got acquainted.
