Monday comes onto the snowy town once more, though it still looks as if it's 'night' as ever.

Then again, you are underground. That's just to be expected, considering no natural light can get down here in the first place. The Monsters around you are just as friendly as ever, despite this being your fourth 'time' trying this monday.

There doesn't seem to be many Monsters here...or at least, you think there was more before? Huh.

Well, whatever.

You still have a mission - And with three trials under your belt, you're now a little closer to figuring things out.

Well, he said he was coming and he was not about to make a liar out of himself, plus he was probably hanging around due to waiting or other shenanigans. [WELL HELLO THERE Undyne can actually be found near MTT resort, and it seems like she might be interested in going to the concert.]

Oh, it's you three. Are you going to the concert?

...I must admit that I am considering it. A friend of ours gave everyone a ticket as a gift, after all. Are you also going to be going, then?

Yeah, I am too. It seems like it'll be fun.

I think so too. It's been a while since the last singer had a concert here. I was about ready to ask Mettaton if I could play something on stage, but my singing's horrible.

[soupervillain]

Wait, he just lets people come up and do music? This is it! My chance to be a star!

[ Giovanni performs some truly terrible air guitar, complete with mouth noises, for everyone's listening pleasure. ]

I'm special, because I'm in charge of this place. But if you have talent, I bet he would let you on too.

Whaddaya mean, "if" I have talent? You've just witnessed the talent-iest talent there is! Giovanni Potage, master air guitarist, at your service!

[ Someone who doesn't immediately dismiss his completely real and legitimate musical talent? Giovanni tears up a little. ]

...Also, do you wanna fight sometime? This knife-bat's not just for singing into, you know!

[ He'll frown at the fact that such pleasantries were being exchanged and ... he's impatient.

He wasn't here to make friends. ]

That aside, we've something important to discuss with you. I'm sure you've an idea of what it is, given what our associate has previously spoken with you about, and so we've little time to waste.

[Ah. So it's time for that talk. Suddenly Undyne gets serious, and she nods.]

[ Well, Gilgamesh supposed he will start somewhere, and then see how it went from there. ]

As she has likely eluded or surmised to you, we are currently dealing with a situation regarding the possession of monsters by an unknown perpetrator.

We do not yet know what they desire, or what has spurred them to cause such trouble in the first place. However, we do know that they are not above taking control of others to do their bidding, and have come to the conclusion it is only a matter of time they use their power to do something worse, like have one monster end another down here. Call it a natural progression of events and due to what we've witnessed previous.

We should enter a discussion on what can be done when that's occurred, as well as propose possible solutions to ensure that as the time comes to pass that those involved aren't near a particularly dangerous substance or area this perpetrator can make usage of.

...Indeed. If the pattern holds, something is likely to happen tonight. We have made previous attempts to stop it by keeping everyone in the same room, but unfortunately, while two people left, as far as we were all aware, they were in the room the entire night.

As far as I am aware, none of us have the ability to do such a thing.

More worrisome however, is... Our previous assumptions all assumed that it could control only one individual at a time. In the most recent incident, there was evidence of two being controlled simultaneously.

I suspect its power is growing.

[Boy, that is a lot to take in at once. Undyne doesn't sound happy at all to hear it.]

Is that why your surface monsters have come here? Because of this perpetrator?

[ That's fair, honestly. Regardless, there's a frown as he considered his words carefully. ]

...That's right. We're facing the same problem essentially. And it's doubtless there's a connection, and an answer to it all, but one we would likely find far easier if we were to put our heads together in all this.

We couldn't simply ignore the ramifications of allowing such a being to run rampant, either way. Not when it appears there's less and less of us with each coming day.
