Monday comes onto the snowy town once more, though it still looks as if it's 'night' as ever.

Then again, you are underground. That's just to be expected, considering no natural light can get down here in the first place. The Monsters around you are just as friendly as ever, despite this being your fourth 'time' trying this monday.

There doesn't seem to be many Monsters here...or at least, you think there was more before? Huh.

Well, whatever.

You still have a mission - And with three trials under your belt, you're now a little closer to figuring things out.

When using a computer, you can see a physical display of a website, or a game, or whatever it is you use that computer for. But seeing that display is just the end result. Anything on a computer is actually a series of 'code' used to tell the computer what it is that should be displayed.

My power allows me to conceptualize the world as code, not unlike the code used to run computer programs. And since I can see the world as code, that means I can alter it as I see fit. There are limitations- mainly in my physical endurance and ability to create a functioning code on the fly- but if I can imagine it then I can usually alter the code of the world to make what I imagine a reality.

I think that might be why that thing is watching me. That's the only connection I have noticed between that thing's appearances: it shows up every time I have to use my powers to alter the code of the world. Normally it's to increase my speed or strength so I can stop one of you from being thrown into the Core, but even dropping my monster appearance can trigger it too. That's why I try to stay in my guise as much as possible.

I'm guessing that's how you were able to still be self aware of me while I was in your Palace, huh?

It is, yes.

If it wasn't so risky attracting that thing's attention I'd ask you to unlock our powers while you're here. But... yeah, no.

I think I can unlock powers, but unless it's a life-or-death situation, I think holding off on it for now would be best.

...It would be difficult if that irritating creature did try to get in your way, or worse.

Do you happen to know about how or why it's able to 'take' so many monsters on every 'reset'? I had thought that it could be due to the nature of a monster's SOUL compared to a human's, however if you know otherwise...

I don't know. It had been doing that since long before I even arrived in the Underground. Whatever it had been doing, my arriving here may have made things worse.

Was it possessing monsters before we arrived?

I believe so, yes. The grey beings definitely existed before I arrived too.

Don't be foolish. Someone had to investigate the ongoings of this place eventually; the only one we should be putting to blame for any of this would be that being who acts as if it were a god.

Not to mention, you did assist in saving that detective.

[ ...Anyway. ]

It seems that at this point we've still more to learn. But is there anything else you may have found out or happened to see that you think would be revelant to mention?

I still have access to my powers, so as long as we are careful with using them, they can be used to turn the tide of all of this. Just be aware that any time I use them, it instantly draws that being's attention.

This thing also doesn't seem to be 'all seeing, all knowing'. It may be possible to distract it, if we want to sneakily try something.

....I'm not talking about that dog being. I mean the one behind all of this erasure nonsense.

Hm...I'll keep that in mind. Having a distraction plan when we need it will be handy when the right time comes.

That is my hope. My power alone isn't enough to stop what is happening. And believe me, I've tried. But with others, it might be possible.

And that will be our advantage. This entity is but one while we are all together, or some such facts.

[ He's not about to get all about the power of bonds and friendship here. ]

...Though I do wonder why it hasn't been able to affect your power, but has managed to do so with ours.
