He'll direct the bulk of his attention towards massive target, however, hanging above them. He went from using his lower worth weaponry to open up to higher worth ones, with a combination of blessed and holy barrage of swords, spears, and axes. It wasn't just swords, baby.

The portals could be located in the air, above from where Gilgamesh was standing, also hanging above that cloud as well, you name it.

By the way, considering it was such a huge target, y'all get to see thousands upon thousands of portals opening to let things rip in a major AOE attack, so that was fun too. ]

[The curse will leave its two vessels to fight on their own. Its attention is going to be diverted, after all, what with those attacks focused on it specifically.

Gil opens up with a rather powerful attack too, one that leaves the curse screaming. That much force and power hurts, and it's making the curse mad.]

Gilgamesh wasn't exactly in the mood to get hit with miasma, so he'll just leap out of the way, and bring out a few staves that were still easy to activate even in his current state, blasting what remained of the miasma still in his general vicinity with light magic.

He'll just redouble his efforts in pelting the damn thing with holy/blessed objects to kingdom come. ]

[Pinning the curse proves to be difficult, as it is like a liquid: malleable, and easy to shift around. While it does feel some of the electrocution, it can shift its body out of the way. Conversely, the wind is much more effective at changing the curse's direction. It lets out an anguished noise as it lashes out, attempting to reach for those around it but ultimately blocked by the gusts of wind.

The holy weapons, though, that really gets the curse screaming.]

It's all your fault! You destroyed mother's home, you killed her! You take and take and don't think about how it affects anyone else! You wronged us, and I'll kill you for it!

[Anything that's not bolted down- chairs, tables, discarded weapons, anything in the house- is getting flung at the PCs now. Even if the curse can't quite reach them, maybe the objects can.]

[The water does an effective job at keeping the curse pinned down, and the electricity flowing through it strikes true. The follow up with the holy attacks also seem to be helping a lot, and everyone present will see the strength of the curse start to waver. The area the curse takes up seems to shrink, and instead of yells everyone will start to hear bitter sobs.]

He thought of the struggles that were made, what Haku's struggles may have been in his last moments, Zabuza's attempts to free them which would be in vain as he would continue to presume, Seteth's sacrifice. The look of fear on Roma—Soloman's face, that in his mind alternated between that and whatever determination he'd manage to tear from him. The warmth that threatened to come in whatever moments they were able to share, which was snuffed out most of the time due to their suffering.

Then, Hikage's own end, Date losing his mind in following suit, Crow's sacrifice, Subete's assholish desperation, the forced tearing of bonds in the end, the green-haired child's sorrow...

Even a certain detective (Dazai) gave it his all, despite them being of vast opinions and incurring arguments. He remembered Ky's last stand.

And to think that the consequences of this mission made the 6350's suffer. And after all of that. It begged to not die.
