WEEK 2

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.

The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.

On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.

Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

[ Why is her tablet dinging? Is it Appy? Okay let's put the beard down. Lord Oreo is probably going to take the chance to go for it. Just going to grab it and shake it.

A variety of reasons!!

1) It is too long.
2) He is not that fluffy.
3) He is black and pink, not black and white -- Oreos are the latter.
4) BOX??? THAT'S NOT A NAME.
5) There is only one of him, he cannot be the third.
6) He is more of a Prince than a Lord.

Hmmm. But you're the prince.

[ Good news? She figured which spook is probably talking to her.

Reaching over to play tug-a-war with the pupper ]

I think Oreo is really cute, but I also like Pinkie because of his stomach. Box is in there because Snakie likes boxes.

[ There's no response for the third in there or the fluff. ]

What about Duke? Duke Oreo Pinkington?

[ Then she'll make fake little grr noises at the dog. ]

He's very cute. Where did you find him anyways?

[did someone just clear their throat in here?]

Oh? How do you make a puppy? Can you make more?

I don't think I could explain in a way you would understand. I can't make any more, either.

Aww. [ Placing the tablet on the floor so she can still read the words, and just scooping a wiggling pup in her lap. Grabbing the moose to shake it in front of the pupper. ]

You could try explaining it. I'll read it very carefully.

[there's a long pause while Szayel decides if he wants to bother trying with this girl... a snowglobe with a model of the Resort inside floats and is shaken before being set back down]

Mmm. Perhaps another time, Miss Cinque. I know you're curious, but for now you'll just have to wait.

Okay. [ She'll just have settle for another time. Now Duke Pinkington is trying to murderize the stuffed critter. ]

Is it fun over on that side, Prince Alie? Can you actually see the others?

Make sure to feed him plenty of meat.

He's well taken care of. The Staff have been super nice and giving me chicken to feed him.

[ Snakie is also helping! And everyone else. ]

Ooh! That's actually nice. I bet Appy was happy someone could see him. What does he look like?

Well, he's a young man, as expected from his bones. He is quite well-built and his hair is quite long these days.

Oooh! Is it longer than mine?

[ She'll pull her braid to show. It's pretty long. ]

Haha. It's not quite there, yet.

[but then Szayel has an idea. An awful idea. One that Appy will probably beat him up for. But it will be worth it]

... I do know a way. That you can see him, that is.

[ Nothing will go wrong with this at all. She does look up to try to look at him...

Or at least look in the direction of the snow globes and hope he's over there. She looks excited. ]

[He's still in that general direction! There's an eerie laugh that echoes through the ski shop]

Flour. Ask the Chef for some flour. When next you are interacting with the Apprentice, throw the flour on him. It should stick and allow you to make out his features.

[ Yeah, she might have to try this. ]
