WEEK 2

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.

The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.

On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.

Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

Huh, I think you'd be the only one but alright we can hang out.

I think it'd be cool! We could watch vampire movies or compare your vampires with the vampires I know?

[delusive]

You know vampires back where you're from?

[escardos]

I do! Or, well, I know them with different names, but they're very similar to the vampires I see in movies. Drinking blood, undead, so on and so forth-- right?

[delusive]

Yeah it's more or less like that. What other name did they go by?

[escardos]

Mages know them as "Dead Apostles". I knew one, too, I'd visit him every once in a while and sneak into his casino-- I'm pretty sure he's like a thousand or something years old, too!

[delusive]

So you were friends with him?

There aren't too many vampires where I'm from that have lived that long except for the Originals.

[escardos]

I guess I was? He's pretty old, but he'd let me in his ship whenever my parents would kick me out of the house, and all I'd have to do is show him some of my Magecraft in return.

And there's also a rumor that one of the oldest Dead Apostles is also one of the founders of the school I go to, and that's about two thousand years ago! They're pretty neat whenever they're not causing havoc or something.

That is definitely some rumor. So back where you're from they don't have to keep it a secret?
