WEEK 2

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.

The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.

On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.

Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

[She's really doing her best at bellowing everything...... Anyway, what she actually means is at this point in their acquaintance, because honorifics!! It'd be easier if she thought of everyone as avatars. Hunter is a little like what someone would name their avatar anyway...?

[Save him and his hearing.]

[She just dissolves into breathless laughter for a moment after all the yelling. Give her a second to get water and not choke on it. Okay. Okay. Here we go.]

You could have told me if it was too loud, you know.

[Though it was kind of funny watching him flinch.]

So, why those three?

You can't alter the dare after it's given.

[Because this is definitely a serious game for serious people.]

It's only been a little while, but... Out of everyone I've met, I probably know them the best, and they seem like they'd make good roommates.

Ah, you're pretty serious about this.

[She's just kind of been mucking around and seeing where it takes her! It's been a pretty good beginning, at this point.]

I think they're all pretty interesting people, but I'm not sure how long I'd be able to stay in Kurusu-kun's room, for example.

[THE KNIVES. THE KNIVESSS. Other than that, 'interesting' is a carefully balanced word. She likes them all pretty well too. Still.]

... His profile. For some reason, the staff decided to hide knives everywhere. And I really mean everywhere.

[They spent an entire afternoon on it once. She's mostly decided that any room-oriented activities with Akira are going in her room.]

It'll be dare.

[Choose carefully, Hunter-not-kun.]

Well, there are worse people to have access to a bunch of knives, at least.

[A sigh.]

Okay. Um... Sing the first song that comes to mind.

Haha, I can agree with that.

[Akira might be a reckless walnut but he's at least got a modicum of impulse control. Same couldn't be said for everyone in their little snowed-in enclave. She has to pause for a moment to think over this dare. The first song that comes to mind would be any of the ones that keep playing in the halls.

But she's not quite enough of an English guru to just sing those off memory. So...]

Oh, this is a hard one, let me see...

[In the end, she decides upon this song (though this is her singing voice).]

[After she's finished, he waits for a moment before he gives a short round of applause.]

Heheh, I wouldn't be much of an idol if I couldn't at least do a little singing... Though I'm not even that type of idol.

[She's probably done a few musical interludes for a promotion or two? It's really not her job, so she'll pleasantly accept that compliment.]
