Week 2 Mingle

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.
The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.
On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.
Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

Three shots seems to be a little excessive, don't you think?
[She turns the jar over in her hand, and then puts it down on the table.]
Either Yosano is a lot better at soaking up bullets than I thought, or the shooter wasn't as experienced using firearms. Maybe they wanted to make sure that Yosano was dead. An experienced shooter likely wouldn't have wasted as many bullets.

I feel like that brings another question to mind, though. If she was shot in the front, then how'd they get that close to her to begin with?

...I was going to suggest that maybe it was someone she trusted, but...none of us really saw her last week, did we?

[But besides that... yeah, that is a point.]
Yeah. It makes it hard to determine how she reacted in that situation too. We don't have much to work with here.

At least whatever message they intended to send is clear enough--play the game, or die. Though this does make me question what, exactly, the Cleaner has at stake that would force them to participate like this.

It's all we can do right now, anyways.
[And she hates feeling like she can't do anything.]
