Week 2 Mingle

WEEK 2

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.

The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.

On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.

Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

Well, I wasn't exactly happy to be sent on... Whatever the upcoming mission was, and neither was the man with me. It was pretty clear that going against orders means you die, but... Well, that's nothing new?

Well, he seemed pretty sad when I started talking about my children for some reason...

As for what he looked like, well... He seemed to be in his... Early 20s, if I were to guess? He had black hair, blue eyes, and wore glasses... Oh, he was kind of skinny, too.

...Well, doesn't really sound like anyone I know. I guess there's no reason he would.

Well, it's probably a pretty big organization, after all. It would be surprising in a different way if we all remembered the same people in spite of having completely different roles.

[I mean, you probably wouldn't have the same kind of role I would probably have, right?]
