Week 2 Mingle

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.
The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.
On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.
Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.
MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[It isn't said with any rancor, though. Considering this morning, Cinque can have her kittens.]
I was trying to work on some kind of computer. It might have been a mission, too -- same orange jumpsuit with the weird logo.
[She's just. Not going to go into details unless she has to. Because the details sure are a thing.]

[ She smiles at the memory. ]
I hope they were real and that I can see them again.

[She'd like the kittens to be real too?? And some of the better things people are talking about. She doesn't voice the thought that they might be like the rats, or everything connected to this place, and have a dark side.
It's unsettling enough to have possibly-memories that don't make any sense.]

[That might be the ideal. She doesn't know.
She doesn't mind the people here, so far, even if there's the creeping knowledge that four or more of them will kill for their own purposes, someone else's, or just something completely unknown. She's not sure if it makes it better or worse that she might have met them before, and forgotten them.]
Would you want to work with the people here?
no subject
Yes! Then it means we were friends before.
[ And that makes her really glad. ]
It also means we can see each other again.

Well, we were at least coworkers. I don't know why they'd make kids work like that, though.
[Or why they're putting kids or anyone in a murder game, but it's the principle of the matter. She's not sure she can even call any of her classmates her friends, so it's something she's going to pass over and then puzzle over later. Like an oddly shaped cloud or something.]
If those were memories, doesn't that mean this whole thing is just us seeing each other again?

[ She'll get to the whole seeing each other again part in a bit. ]

[Never mind her being a minor (badumtish) hypocrite about this.
She doesn't do the blood and guts type stuff, and she's starting to see that that is possibly what Cinque and others do. It's disorienting, especially in this case.]
