ROUND 5 WATCHING POST
Everyone who was there in some shape or form for the meeting on March 1st gets a notice that soon, the location where they'll have to go to watch what happened in the Winchester Incident will be made available for them. Frisk requests a list of those going to see what happened, but doesn't seem to discourage high numbers.
And shortly before the 30th, those that signed up will finally get a name and place - The Hayes Mansion, only a little bit away by drive from the Winchester House. As they drive, the more magically inclined might be able to sense a powerful barrier emanating from the direction the Winchester House is located, though they'll be unable to see anything.
Arriving there, they'll find that any and all other guests have been removed from the Hotel resort, and there's a sign on the door saying that it is Closed for major renovation and fumigation, which would explain the outfits you were given to be 'seen' walking into the place with, as well as all the vans and 'containers' you were told to put your belongings into.
Once inside, a helpful staff member directs you to put the costumes into a specific bin for collection- unless, of course, you would like to keep wearing them - and then another directs you to the front desk, where a pleasant, yet authoritative man is waiting.

[that sure is an outfit, and he smiles softly- something he couldn't do as a cat but something that seems fitting for this new face]
You lost someone... so you all are like us. 6350s?

[he responds rather cooly and, well - it's the truth, as far as he's aware. he's not the type of person that's laid back, either.
he nods to his second question, though.]
Yes. I'm still... not as familiar with things here as other people since I haven't been here as long as the others -
[since he was taken right after his intake interview to the 'game' his group was forced to play]
But... Sakura was on those tapes. And it looks like she probably died along with the others that wasn't chosen for this mission.
And someone who was on that mission that died as well was a sister to a good friend of mine, too. I care about them, which is why I keep studying to find a way to help them.

... I'm sorry.

You don't need to apologize, Sissel-san.
I just... want to do something for her, and Tohsaka-san, and everybody else, too. The ones that seem to have died outside - and everybody inside, who've been suffering all this time.
And I think, with you here with us - we might be one step closer to that.

He doesn't say it though- it's not his business]
I dunno if I can help, but I'll do what I can. I made a promise to protect someone in that house, and I'm not the kinda guy that goes back on his word.
no subject
[he presses his lips together though, before nodding in response]
It's okay - I think that... 'what you can', in this case, is better than nothing.
And... I'm in a similar boat. Being unable to save Sakura - I can't just leave it alone. We're going to save them. No matter what.
[there's a steely determination in his eyes as he says those words]
I've been studying on curses and exorcism ever since I found out what it was -
I'm pretty familiar with many types of curses...
[kind of have to be when Fei Wang basically puts a magical curse of death on the person most important to you.
and then studying for this, too.]
... so I think we can probably try a bunch of things - probably pertaining to exorcism, maybe even purification rites. I don't think anyone's tried that yet, I think.
I know back in my country, we have the harae - which is a ritual of purification of pollution or sins and uncleanness. 'Guilt', 'bad luck' and 'disease' are included, too.
I want to try that. As well as other countries' exorcism rites, if possible... it might be possible to do it in a way that is more suitable for this country too.
