[As the morning rises on Friday, the house seems...quiet. Not quite eerie in the way that a murder might indicate, but there is a tension in the air. Something has happened overnight, but it's hard to tell exactly what.

To find out what is going on, the contestants will have to explore the area.]

[Let's follow John's footprints first, yes!]

[They go from where he's sitting backwards towards the house, though in front of the studio they seem to go back and forth a bit like he was pacing. It's also harder to follow the footprints once they track back to the path, but it's still clear that he just paced in front of the studio, then went to sit down. He didn't go anywhere else after leaving the house.]

[HM....Good to know! With a Quick check of the surroundings, he goes back to check out the other shoe pattern trail.

[The other set is...weird. It's hard to tell exactly where they start, since they go all over the place. The owner of this set of footprints definitely did a lot of walking recently. But some of them can be found around the garage and around the perimeter of the house. The freshest path can be found starting from behind the garage, and going towards the backyard.]

...Aha. It seems the person we saw yesterday was not the one we believed him to be.

[Are you spry enough to hop a fence, old man? Because the footprints go over the fence.]

[BITCH HE CAN JUMP ON THE ROOF WITHOUT ISSUE

Which means he immediately just jumps the fence without any issue, trying to land to the side of where the footprints would have been.]

So this is where the 'real' one got into the house late last night, I assume. Though leaping the fence is the most inefficient manner in which to do that...

[Where do the footprints go now?]

[Not really last night, no. the footprints in the dirt here are very fresh, within the last hour or so. And they go from the fence line to the back door. And then from the back door to the living room, and look there's the other group doing some corpsetouching!]

[That's why he said he assumes - after seeing the freshness of the tracks, he gives a wry grin, following it, opening the door and seeing the corpsetouchers get their corpsetouching on, and leaving - as they clearly have it in hand (hopefully).

He does stop before leaving to try and note if the bloodpool is just as fresh as the footprints are, since he'd be able to tell that sort of thing.

Otherwise, he goes back outside and hops the fence again, and if there's nothing else to be seen, goes back to where John and the Girls are.]

[They are definitely in the same window of time, yes. Both within the last hour.

And there's one last thing outside which he will be able to see when he heads back to where the others are! There are fresh tire tracks on the road and in the parking lot.]
