[As the morning rises on Friday, the house seems...quiet. Not quite eerie in the way that a murder might indicate, but there is a tension in the air. Something has happened overnight, but it's hard to tell exactly what.

To find out what is going on, the contestants will have to explore the area.]

[It takes her a moment to gather herself again, but only a moment. Because there's grief, undeniably so, but there's also fury at whoever did this.

She turns away from the body. The others can handle that better than she can. But are there any other clues she might be able to spot?]

[Well, there's a few things to notice about the wall. Firstly, the three very obvious cameras in this room have been destroyed. Investigating those more closely might be a good idea.]

[...Indeed! Can she get up close to take a look, or is she going to need to drag some furniture over to be able to see?]

[Standing close will be enough to see.

Each camera was destroyed by a bullet. She will be able to recover one of the bullets too if she tries.]

[She's going to do that! Is there anything she might be able to see and retrieve with cantus that looks like it could be handy to have?]

[Getting those three bullets will be important for something in a minute. They all match each other by the way. Saki won't be able to do a full ballistics test but she can at least tell they're the same style of bullets and would have been fired from what is likely the same gun.

Additionally, when she goes to the camera near the front door, she will see two bullet holes at about chest height embedded in the wall by the front door.]

[She is collecting all bullets from the cameras using cantus if she needs to. She is also taking pictures of all of these scenes with her phone before she messes with anything.

At chest height... is there anything a closer look will tell before she pulls those out via cantus, too?]

[There is no blood on the wall or either of the two bullets.]

[So they didn't kill... she'll use her cantus to pull those out as well.

Anything else that might catch her eye?]

[The three bullets from the camera and the two in the wall all match each other.

Also Saki will get the feeling that she is missing something important, and that passing this off to a gun expert might help.]

[Yeah, she knows weapons are a huge blind spot for her. So, she'll actually turn to Ellie-]

Ellie? Could you please look at these for me?

Of course! Just a second...

[She's probably coated in blood by the time she gets over, but let's see... The bullets we have here: Do they match either the gun, or the bullet in the ground?]

[The five bullets Saki found match the gun Ellie found! Also since Ellie knows guns, she will be able to tell that there's some impossible gun-physics going on with the trajectories here. In order for all 5 bullets to hit exactly the way they did (2 in the wall, 3 hitting cameras spread throughout the room), at least some of them could not have been fired in a straight line, and had to have been moved while in midair somehow. It's the only way for the ballistics to make sense here.]

[Yeah, she'll remember that, and...]

Okay then, I can tell you that... First of all, all five bullets probably came from this gun here. Second, bullets were all moved while in midair, as these angles aren't actually physically possible.

[I think we all understand the implications there, but she'll stick around for a while longer just in case Saki needs clarification.]

[Also the bullet Ellie found does not match the other five, but I'm sure you guys got that.

There are no other bullets to be found in the room either.]

[She's getting what Ellie's putting down, especially in light of Vanitas' investigation. Now that they've ascertained that, she'll make sure she has all her photos and bullets.]
