[Once again, right at noon, the Contestants are invited to the studio to participate in another exciting game. The set has changed entirely since the last time they were there, with the mountain climber game replaced by a large board of some sort. Several prinnies are near it, carrying large cards with random letters written on them. It seems as though they might be helping out for this game. But there is something else off to the side too...(CW: gallows)

As always, Dazai is there, waiting on stage for everyone to sit down. He's dressed in his usual black suit getup, but his smile seems a bit forced today.]

...Probably. The Foundations wants death, and if they can't get it through us killing each other, they'll just force it onto us with things like this.

Didn't the other teams containing this place get out safely?! Nobody died before!

Well yeah, didn't he say from the start that this was something the Foundation was done this time?

They're trying to prove we don't count as people. The plan was probably to get us to kill each other, but if they can't do that, it looks like they're going to cause deaths themselves.

[Leo looks like she just gut-punched him. They don't count as people? But... but they're alive. They breathe, bleed, die, just like anybody else.]

Yeah, it's stupid. That's why we cant' let them win here, though.

We are. And we have to make them see that... even if it means jumping through these dumb hoops. Don't lose hope, Leo!

[It's selfish to say, and Leo will probably hate himself for it later, but... he grips Silver's shoulder while avoiding eye contact.]

Don't volunteer for any of this crap, Silver. I don't want you to get hurt.

For a moment, Moriarty looks like he wants to say something....but then thinks better of it, and shakes his head.]

We are. But we're also souls from another world that are inhabiting artificial bodies. Think about how they treat other things they consider SCPs.

From what I can see, we're caught up in an internal argument inside the Foundation. They're trying to decide where the line is between "SCP", and "Person", and we're the sample being used to 'prove' their conclusions in both ways.

Their definitions of SCPs are stupid.

I know they send condemned D-class into really dangerous shit, but I thought....

[Guess who was shielded a bit because the Foundation wanted his cooperation in using the Eyes?]

They didn't have a host who made death games in the past, obviously.

Making death games is really a thing?!

It's certainly more common than you might think. I've never done one myself, but I could easily see other villains deciding to.

[Normally, he'd launch into a villainous laugh, and say something about the path of Evil, hamming it up.

...But today, he's calm and quiet, merely shrugging for a moment.

It almost seems to make the situation worse.]

They would not be called villains otherwise.

Technically it's the truth but you can leave out a lot with the truth.

[Leo's not stupid, but he's kinda naive and wants to think the best of everyone. He wants to help, it's why he agreed to Thaumiel training, why he worked to be promoted to C-class. But now he looks like he's going to cry.]
