WEEK 1 MINGLE

As dawn approaches on Monday, the contestants are greeted to a beautiful, sunny day. It's the first full week of their time in the house, and after the rather troubling introduction on Saturday it's hard to know just what to expect

For the first week, the surrounding area seems quiet and peaceful. The weather stays a nice 75 degrees during the day, and it dips down to the 50s at night. Comfortable, and without any real disturbances from nature or house. It's almost as if the whole weekend was just a bad dream, and maybe the actual game won't be as bad as Dazai made it out to me.

However, those rules and profiles are still hanging in the living room, a constant reminder of the warnings that have been given. What will happen now? There haven't been any deaths at this containment site in years, but will that change with these new rules? Only time will tell.

Perhaps it's a good idea to enjoy this first week. Go swimming, watch a movie, or just hang out together and get to know each other better. You never know, this might be the last time to see some of the contestants.

We've got a lot more than just this week to get everybody through alive...

...And? Are you suggesting that we play this game every week until this farce ends?
overconfidant: (Gacha games were A Fucking Mistake.)

That would get boring, no.

[Akira pauses for a second, considering how to put this.]

Look at people like coffee beans. Once you know what this roast of this bean tastes like when it's right, you're going to notice later if it's wrong. Once you know what a person is like, you're more likely to notice if they're acting suspicious.

[.........

He does give this argument a little more consideration. Is it because it's more relatable to him or is it because it's a logical way of seeing things? It's hard to tell either way, since Sandalphon's expression doesn't betray his thought process but his answer should be telling enough.]

...Fine. But I reserve the right to refuse any question or action on any grounds.
