WEEK 1 MINGLE

As dawn approaches on Monday, the contestants are greeted to a beautiful, sunny day. It's the first full week of their time in the house, and after the rather troubling introduction on Saturday it's hard to know just what to expect

For the first week, the surrounding area seems quiet and peaceful. The weather stays a nice 75 degrees during the day, and it dips down to the 50s at night. Comfortable, and without any real disturbances from nature or house. It's almost as if the whole weekend was just a bad dream, and maybe the actual game won't be as bad as Dazai made it out to me.

However, those rules and profiles are still hanging in the living room, a constant reminder of the warnings that have been given. What will happen now? There haven't been any deaths at this containment site in years, but will that change with these new rules? Only time will tell.

Perhaps it's a good idea to enjoy this first week. Go swimming, watch a movie, or just hang out together and get to know each other better. You never know, this might be the last time to see some of the contestants.

'Cause pretty much nobody else is.

[But ah, Alcor, ever dependable. Nora looks marginally less grouchy.]

Okay! I dare you to... uh... float somebody upside down an' spin them 10 times!!

Thank you for starting with something easy, Nora.

[ Boop because he's teleporting over to his favorite dog, making those hand motions he did to the crab and have fun on your improvised carnival ride? He might or might not keep Nora floating depending on how much of a mistake this was at the end. ]

... NOT ME, YOU--

[Wow!! Why this!! He just trails off into angry yelling while he's spun right around, right around, because he definitely didn't expect that. Watch out for flailing limbs in the meantime. By the end he's sort of sprawled out midair like a flipped over crab himself, blinking furiously to try and recover from the spinning.]

WHAT WAS THAT FOR.

[Apparently he can still yell even while dizzy, floating and crustacean-like.]

The dare, of course. [ He totally knows what he did here, but Nora didn't specify so too bad. Staying just out of reach of that dog/crab/demon flailing, he'll keep him floating at least until it looks like he can figure out up from down. ]

What one will you choose?

[There's just a groan from Nora that's half-reorienting himself and half realization and half (there's a lot of halves here) general annoyance with Alcor's existence at the moment. Speaking of reorienting now he's just flailing around but with purpose.]

Dare, obviously, but at least lemme down first! All the blood's goin' to my head!

[There's an easy joke here......]

[ That is a improvement! But expecting Alcor to grasp jokes is an adventurous gamble. He'll lower Nora down either way, resting him not on the ground but on a soft pillow of air until he sits up on his own. [

Take as much time as you need, I can be patient.

[ That might mean something later down the road. ]

[Of course Nora bounces up instantly and then wobbles a little both because air pillow??? And because why would he wait properly, that's for the laws of physics, biology and those with common sense and possibly less experience being flung around every which way anyway.

You'd think that would mean he'd learn a little but nah. He scrubs at his eyes instead and grumbles some more.]

Yeah, well, I'm not. Hurry up already.

[ Hmm.... well this is Alcor so of course this dare is gonna be a little strange. ]

Ask five people what their favorite food is. I'll make a sandwich out of those foods, and you'll have to eat it.
