WEEK 1 MINGLE

As dawn approaches on Monday, the contestants are greeted to a beautiful, sunny day. It's the first full week of their time in the house, and after the rather troubling introduction on Saturday it's hard to know just what to expect

For the first week, the surrounding area seems quiet and peaceful. The weather stays a nice 75 degrees during the day, and it dips down to the 50s at night. Comfortable, and without any real disturbances from nature or house. It's almost as if the whole weekend was just a bad dream, and maybe the actual game won't be as bad as Dazai made it out to me.

However, those rules and profiles are still hanging in the living room, a constant reminder of the warnings that have been given. What will happen now? There haven't been any deaths at this containment site in years, but will that change with these new rules? Only time will tell.

Perhaps it's a good idea to enjoy this first week. Go swimming, watch a movie, or just hang out together and get to know each other better. You never know, this might be the last time to see some of the contestants.

[Nora is going to -- pick up a whole big leg and use it to try and prod whoever's in range. Y'all brought this upon yourselves by interrupting his Extremely Important One-Hound Cookout. Wow.]

Why would I bother with firebending when I can do way better things with fire!! Move back all the way outta the yard already!!

[Maybe they can nab some crab once the cooks get here. In the meantime: dog defending bone.]

[Oh but they're OUTSIDE now and you know what that means. Azula points her finger towards Nora as blue sparks start to form. No zappy zap, but just A Reminder that she could.]

Play nice, Nono. It's rude to eavesdrop.

[Yeah, whatever, he knows her style and even though he drops into a defensive stance immediately at the zappy zap -- he still has traces of paint and stuff on him from yesterday, he really doesn't need his all of him to turn into even more of a disaster at this point -- Nora doesn't otherwise back down.

He brings his hands up to form a certain symbol and he narrows his eyes in a look of semi-concentration that's kind of recognizable. He doesn't actually need an incantation to use magic, even though he keeps forgetting that.]

You're talkin' too loud right next to dinner, of course I'm going to hear everything! You wanna go?!

[The reason he hasn't gone directly and immediately to magic is, well, dinner. Do they want to actually wreck dinner.]

[She doesn't flinch or show any signs of backing down right away. But eventually, she lowers her hand and straightens up.]

Another time. I don't want to put dinner at risk.

[houndumb]

[His eyes narrow even more to a suspicious squint because Azula's one of those people who always and forever will warrant suspicion in his books, especially if she's backing down in any form. But also, his eyes eventually land back on the crab and... his stomach growls a lot louder than he was just yapping.]

Hmph, fine. But it's my dinner! Get that through your head!

[Can he actually eat the whole crab. The jury is out.]

[The suspicion is entirely warranted, though for now she continues to show now signs of active aggression!!]

Must you be so greedy.
