WEEK 1 MINGLE

As dawn approaches on Monday, the contestants are greeted to a beautiful, sunny day. It's the first full week of their time in the house, and after the rather troubling introduction on Saturday it's hard to know just what to expect

For the first week, the surrounding area seems quiet and peaceful. The weather stays a nice 75 degrees during the day, and it dips down to the 50s at night. Comfortable, and without any real disturbances from nature or house. It's almost as if the whole weekend was just a bad dream, and maybe the actual game won't be as bad as Dazai made it out to me.

However, those rules and profiles are still hanging in the living room, a constant reminder of the warnings that have been given. What will happen now? There haven't been any deaths at this containment site in years, but will that change with these new rules? Only time will tell.

Perhaps it's a good idea to enjoy this first week. Go swimming, watch a movie, or just hang out together and get to know each other better. You never know, this might be the last time to see some of the contestants.

I didn't get a good look! It was a pretty good BOOM an' then there was just light and smoke and stuff and no Prinny. It's a ghost, anyway!

It's a penguin an' a ghost. 'Cause I opened it up and there was nothing in there, it was just a big dark empty nothing!! I think you could fit a whole person in there, even.

That's crazy! So it's like a costume that walks around on its own?! AND EXPLODES? Who comes up with this crap?!

Hell, I guess? I mean, it could happen with demons, even if I've never run into these before. There's some real crazy familiars out there.

[His nose wrinkles a little bit at the memory.]

Well, they're NOT peg-legged penguins an' they're not supposed to be liked! They're just Dazai's minions!

[Sorry penguins, he just has a grudge by proxy and in actuality now. Truly a biased dog.]

[On the bright side, there are no penguins on fire running around the mansion screaming and/or exploding at the moment.]
