WEEK 1 MINGLE

As dawn approaches on Monday, the contestants are greeted to a beautiful, sunny day. It's the first full week of their time in the house, and after the rather troubling introduction on Saturday it's hard to know just what to expect

For the first week, the surrounding area seems quiet and peaceful. The weather stays a nice 75 degrees during the day, and it dips down to the 50s at night. Comfortable, and without any real disturbances from nature or house. It's almost as if the whole weekend was just a bad dream, and maybe the actual game won't be as bad as Dazai made it out to me.

However, those rules and profiles are still hanging in the living room, a constant reminder of the warnings that have been given. What will happen now? There haven't been any deaths at this containment site in years, but will that change with these new rules? Only time will tell.

Perhaps it's a good idea to enjoy this first week. Go swimming, watch a movie, or just hang out together and get to know each other better. You never know, this might be the last time to see some of the contestants.

[Nora always follows smells to the kitchen, it's automatic just in case there's something cooking and he can mooch off of it, but his nose leads him astray this time: he's already wrinkling it in confusion when he wanders in at this point, staring blankly at all the cutting boards and the pot.

Why does it smell like wet grass.....]

That doesn't smell like food, the hell are you doing to the kitchen? There's only one of these, you know.

[Considering the property destruction he's gotten up to so far Nora really shouldn't be calling anyone else out on this. In fact he should just be generally banned from callouts altogether but alas. Here he is, crowding over at the pot and sniffing it a little more. Still no way to tell what it is.......]

[He swats at Nora with the spoon]

-it all should wash fine. Would you rather I do this in the rec room?

Yeah, WELL, maybe you shouldn't be so easily distracted!

[Nora promptly gets into a slapfight with the spoon.....]

It'll wash but the smell's gonna stick around, you know that, right?

'Sides the rec room is fine for making messes too. At least most people aren't eating there.

[Unlike him, who eats literally everywhere but it's about the principle and the frequency of the thing.]
