But with the final trial and the deaths of four of their own, the game would be over this week...right? 🗈

All the truth was theirs to know, along with other things.
And now, the survivors had a task ahead of them...
...Would they be able to end everything on a high note?

...Or would it only end....bittersweetly...?

SLUMBER PARTY

[Karen trusts everyone to make their way to the ballroom in the evening--pieces, servants, demons. Aside from the mattresses (all fully made up), there are plenty of pillows and cushions around, so everyone should be able to find a comfortable spot on the floor. There's a supply of food in one corner, mostly sandwiches and onigiri and some bottled water. Watanuki is around, too, still a sleepnoodle.

Of course, they might be in here to take shelter from the encroaching void Sea, but that doesn't mean they have to just focus on that. That's why there's also a table with food of a more snack-ish variety, and Karen's also gone and retrieved the karaoke machine and some board games.

[The white goat is still worried... Since, uh. The garden got eaten by the V O I D, everyone's gathering in the ballroom, and his mistress is still not feeling well. Yikes.

But he still has a job to do, so guess it's time for the goat maid butler cafe!

He'll be around, serving drinks and snacks to anyone too lazy to get them themselves and generally being available for any games that need more players.

He even helped his stronger co-workers lug in the DDR machine so people can dance too! Ain't he helpful?]

[Sherlock made himself a seat out of a pile of cushions near Watanuki ready to help with Mana, fingers pressed together, almost pantomiming the motions of smoking to help still the restlessness in him.

Next to him is a large stack of books he "liberated" from the library - mostly novels of various stripes and a few educational books, free to take, while he's browsing through a copy of The Great God Pan, though it seems like his attention isn't entirely on the book. He'll easily put down the book to talk if approached]

Honestly, I know the society I grew up in was dreadfully staid and dare I say prudish - but I am finding it quite difficult to believe this book was legitimately considered 'a dangerous threat to the entire British public and that they would destroy readers' sanities and senses of morality'.

[One of the demons has certainly found his way here, and he's settled himself in a comfortable sprawl (stomach down, he has wings) on one of the mattresses with a few onigiri and a book open in front of him.]

[And of course, Buer is nearby, sprawled right up against Shass's side even as his eyes roam over the surviving Pieces. He's dressed in black silk pajamas with red trim, a half-eaten onigiri in his hand. Logos and Pathos stretch out on the mattress beside him, taking bits of salmon filling from their master's fingers.]

He'll offer up a controller to anyone passing by. ]

[ Catch him making a miniature blanket fort in a corner. He grabbed some extra linens to do it. ]

There's a white ermine hanging out on her shoulder, that seems to be reading along. ]
