WEEK 5 MINGLE - AMARANTHUS
Another trial, another horrible outcome.
This time, it affected so many people...and yet, they still weren't done.
Who would be killed next?
Would they be able...to handle whatever happened?🗈

Still, things were just the same as they had been the past few weeks.
The goats and servants were still around, and so too were the witches.
It was all becoming routine at this point.
Was that a good thing, or a bad one...?
It was...too hard to tell, now...
...Either way, they were now closer to the end.
So, like always...they had to see it through.

Parties, especially ones as loud as this one would be isn't his cup of tea, but it probably is a good thing to see everyone before the night ends. He listens attentively to the music Gebura and Anon are battling too, before starting to play long for a measure to test if he tuned the instrument correctly, nodding in satisfaction before sitting down with the violin in reach, and drink in hand]

[He's picking up one of the party poppers here. They look neat, judging by how he's holding the operational end near his optic.]

[He points, while it wouldn't really heart Wheatley, it's good to avoid any unfortunate eye injuries]
no subject
[His "eye" is glass, but it would be painful so he points that end away from himself AND...
...]
... Wait, how do you even fire this thing?

You twist the bottom and -
[Pap! Confetti and colorful ribbons sprays out, while it was pointed away from him, he still got some sparkly bits in his hair]
Just don't pull on it like it's a christmas cracker.
no subject
[He stops trying to pull on it and twists it.
PAP! There go the colorful bits! All over the floor.]
... Huh. Thought there would be more out of that one. Still kind of fun though.
no subject
Seems like a happy enough atmosphere.

[He nods in agreement, noting the Kahlua]
I think it might be need for everyone especially after yesterday.
[A shadow briefly crosses his face at the thought, before offers a popper to Erhard]
no subject
[He takes the popper and aims it upward, unleashing the small explosion of confetti over their heads. It's as close as he'll ever get to pranking or doing anything silly.]
I wish we could forget why we're here for a while.

All the same, the ballroom is big enough that there are quieter corners. He glances over at Sherlock with his violin and seems faintly curious about the whole thing.]
It really is a week for music, isn't it? Just how good are you with that thing?
no subject
[He didn't like what Anon had done, but he was cordial at least. No need to cause unnecessary conflict when they're so close]
no subject
[Anon leans his chin on a hand and seems pretty content to be mutually cordial.
It's a case of like Master, like Servant, really. Holmes is just a lot less passive-aggressive about it.]
no subject
[He isn't opposed to the idea of playing with others]
no subject
[Gebura is turning into one even if her charm-partner is gone, and then there's Joey...
He hums quietly.]
I've never really heard a violin in person. What do you play, usually?
no subject
[He positions the violin]
How about this one? It's on the more complex end to play, but it's always good to challenge yourself.
[He closes his eyes as his bow seem to vibrate from how quickly he draws it upon the strings, fingers shifting]
no subject
[Classical and jazz and popular, he means.
He's a greedy gremlin, after all, though he seems happy to settle down once Sherlock puts his bow to the violin, remaining quiet and watching for the duration of the complicated little song. There's a little applause once it's done, of course.]
That does sound pretty hard to play, and I don't know anything about violins. Is that what classical music is all about?
