Finally, the whole truth of this affair had come out.

The Witch they had known as Yuuko was actually Nirrti, the Witch of Misfortune.
And Watanuki was actually the real Witch of Dimensions, as the two of them fought over the power that title brought, as well as the name and identity of a long dead woman...🗈

Though things had finally changed, perhaps it wouldn't be for the better. Nirrti herself seemed much different than how she was before, and Watanuki was the one who had brought all of them here...with that in mind, it was hard to tell how their future would shake out...

However, it wasn't all bad. A few more places were open to them, the second floor becoming a much more inviting place to be, and there was still everything they had gotten used to before. And now, they all knew that Nirrti's promises were nothing but empty air...

...or, perhaps, now they would merely change.

[ Turning to look at him thinking maybe he's safe with Riku sitting...

No he's not safe. Riku has to just look really great sitting, too. So he'll grab the ladle to pour water over the heat source. Leaning all the over to do it too. ]

Yeah, it's really amazing! Well... [ frowning ] Falling isn't. And it's really, really cold! Donald wouldn't even magic up a jacket.

[ Not Sora's fault that he doesn't have feathers or fur to keep warm. ]

[ Meanwhile Riku can't pull his eyes off of Sora, but he's graduated from hair to his eyes. His big, beautiful eyes--okay no, let's focus here.

...And then Sora leaned over, so his eyes are not on his back, which isn't so bad. ]

Glad you didn't sustain anything that was permanent from falling.

[ He's going to have to scruff the duck later, huh. ]

The snow was fresh powder! I did get stepped on by a talking snowman though.

[ It gets steamy in the literal sense. Leaning back again, but holding on to the little ladle to keep his hands on something. ]

Elsa went away to protect everyone.

[ She's also beautiful and has light hair, but he's not going to share that part. ]

She could have fallen into darkness, but she didn't. She found a way to control her powers.

...By a talking snowman? At this point, I can't even say I'm surprised anymore.

[ It sure did.

Riku's eyes follow the ladle to back to Sora. ]

Probably took her awhile, didn't it?

[ He'll smile faintly, remembering how dumb he was when he was younger. He's glad he had Sora there to help him get back on the right path again. ]

He called my hair...brown spiky grass.

[ Frowning at that. ]

Remind me to make you watch Frozen with me next time. He doesn't just talk!

[ Does he want to hear what frozen things do in the summer? ]

Yeah it did, but her sister never gave up on her. It turned out that love was the answer the whole time. I knew they could do it. Just like I knew you would do it, too.

[ He was so dumb but it's okay. He grew and learned from it and Sora is just super proud of everything he's accomplished. Beaming a bright smile over at him. ]

Brown spiky grass, huh? [ ... ] Guess it does look a little like that - but it doesn't exactly feel like it.

[ There is a hint of teasing in there. ]

[ ...

Riku kind of feels his cheeks warm at that showing of such faith. ]

Back then, after I was so stupid, I wondered how you could even forgive me in the first place. Not many would have, after all of that.

[ So rude. Using the towel on his shoulders to swat at the other. ]

You were pretty stupid. [ There's warmth to his tone. ] I just always knew you would snap out of it. And look at you now! You're a Keyblade Master.

[ Riku also kept trying to be better and to stick by him through everything. ]

[ There's a light laugh when he does. ]

...I wouldn't have been able to get that far if it hadn't been for you, Sora.

[ He can't help but keep thinking he'd have stayed arrogant or if he'd had someone else as a friend who'd beaten his ass, they'd have just moved on without even wanting to see him ever again. But, he did want to become better, so maybe a part of it was himself too. ]

[ This is going to be a good idea to scramble over while they are both shirtless and steamy to mess up Riku's hair. Time to give him even spikier hair. ]

I wouldn't have gotten as far without you either, Riku.

[ Riku was always there to give him something to strive towards or to urge him forward. ]

[ Wow is this what's happening right now, he'll playfully whack at the brunet's hands as he does so, touch light if anything. ]

[ What a wonderful time to forget themselves, huh. ]

[ With the sauna air and stuff the spikes are probably drooping a little.

Glancing from his hair down to Riku's beautiful ocean colored eyes and forgetting for a moment what they were even talking about.

...When Sora does gaze down to his eyes, a soft smile appears on Riku's face, so that probably helped like a lot, didn't it. ]

[ He snorts and then lightly swat at the hands right after he says that. ]

I hope you're not talking about your hair here.

[ Yeah he knows better but hey, still on the teasing train. ]

or don't actually look because you know there's probably actual perspiration action happening. From both the proximity and thanks to the sauna.

He can feel a drop of sweat just sliding down the side of his face.

Let's just grab that swatting hand to hold, while keeping his other hand on Riku's hair. There's a moment where he's just going to card his fingers through to tuck hair behind his ear... ]
