MOCK ROUND - WEEK 2 TRIAL
It was noon on Friday.
No matter where they were, no matter what they were doing...the moment the chimes rang out through the hall, they felt a change.
The world began to expand, as they felt themselves leaving the world they were on, and towards the world they'd experienced once before. 🗈

Perhaps on another plane, in another place, someone else heard music as they gazed upon the proceedings.
Their forms, just like before, were different now. This was less shocking than it was last time, and yet...
...There was a deep silence in the room, one that no one wanted to break. It was the faint tension in the air, like the moments before a race or a competition begins.
Only this time....this was the last time they would be competing. This was the final week...and the final chance they had at securing their wishes - while denying someone theirs.
...Just a little more to go.

VERDICT
...Man. Too bad, huh? That's just how this system works, though - don't be too upset about it.
[Turning to Riku, she nods.]
...I accept your blue truth. Koizumi Takashi is the Culprit.
[Just like Vanitas, she lifts him into the air with her magic - letting him hang there as she moves away.]
And sooo, Overlord-kun's lost his chance at his wish. Sooo, I'll let you all say your goodbyes - though it's kind of useless, since the game ends tomorrow.
[And she walks out of the hall without a single glance back...though she seems a little disappointed? It's hard to tell.]

Not bad, I really thought I had you all by the balls for a second there.

Then... that's it? Do we actually get our wishes...?
[It feels... hard to believe right now...]

...Well, I suppose we'll find out. Ah, and I still need to prepare that spell before we go, too...

It was a well-fought match, Takashi. I certainly believed you could do it.

[Luna, don't call murder an exercise.]
Your children are truly your weakness.
[That's probably a compliment??]
no subject
I think I can accept a weakness like that. Family is an investment, and I take care of my investments.

[ Look, new name or something. He'll just go over there to check him out. ]

That sounds like a bit much.

Along with Takashi, remember? I hid the weapon in his room, while leaving yours out in the open and in a place you'd probably miss.

Do I detect disappointment on your part, Lady Lambdadelta?

That's true, isn't it? No matter how hard they work, an idiot is still an idiot. It's only right they suffer the fate of an idiot.
