MOCK ROUND - WEEK 1 INVESTIGATION

It had almost been a week since everyone had been brought here.
The days had gone by with no hint of trouble, not from the Witch, or any of her servants. It almost seemed like nothing would happen after all.

Yet, as everyone woke up...something felt different.
It felt...like they were about to take a step into the darkness.🗈

Like they were going to see something that shouldn't be seen....or feel something that shouldn't be felt.

This....was a fake game, right...? Then why....was there this ominous feeling? Like something nearby was just...waiting for them to stumble the right way, bringing them closer to it's hungry mouth...

No matter what it is, though, they had to step forward.

They had....to finally, truly start this game.

[ Well, that sure is great timing to be walking by a potted plant...

He looks away, looks to Silver...

... looks away...

... ... Then, with a sigh, he all but shoves the bottle of water at the guy. It's unopened (since he's on his way back from the dining area), so. ]

[Silver leans over the poor plant, looking pale and green around the gills.

Then, there's a bottle of water in his face. He blinks, then takes it, looking at his water-based savior]

Vanitas...

[ His expression is briefly unreadable - kind of like he's just not even sure which emotion to let onto his face over all this... everything.

But, he finally settles on just giving a dismissive wave of a hand. ]

Forgot I already had one in the room, anyway. [ folding arms over his chest, looking away ] You saw, huh?

[Silver slides down the wall next to the plant, still looking nauseous. He opens the water bottle and takes a tentative sip]

It's awful... everything... all the blood, the smell.... it's fake. It's fake... right? But it looks so real... What if... what if Riku is really dead...?
