INVESTIGATION (?)

Friday morning comes and goes with no dead bodies to discover. Saturday morning passes with no trial. For two days, it seems like the Lady might be keeping to her word. This might truly be a week of rest, with no outside trouble brought in.

(She takes no responsibility for the incident in the vents, so.)

But then on Saturday night, close to midnight, the sound cuts off throughout the resort. The cause of the sudden quiet is unknown, but one thing is clear: something bad has happened.

Obviously. But Cinque-- [She lets out a sharp sigh, closing her eyes.] Who was it?

I know. But... he didn't want any of this. We promised him we would try and I want to uphold that at least.

I can wait until after he's caught, but I want to be in the same room with him.

And he'll be in there once the night is over, too.

If you die now we'll have to find the Doppel all over again so don't fucking dare.

I know he's still in there too but there's no point in stupidly getting yourself killed, okay?! There's better plans and you can talk to him after he's back to normal, can't you? It's not like something like that's going to last forever!

[ He's kind of trembling, he doesn't know how long Atsushi's transformation will last but it's only natural to assume, right? He can't take the idea of any of his friends getting killed very well. Someone he loved had almost been and if that actually happened when it was easily preventable...?

In the end, Roxas knows he can't stop her, or Tsumugi or anyone who'd want to, but he's... scared, and it shows. ]

[ She walks over to wrap her arms around him and hug him tight. ]
