[It is well into the evening on Sunday by the time a strange message pops up on everyone's tablets. It's from an unknown sender, with only a little skull icon to identify himself by.

And this new person has quite a bit to say.]

Well I'm not really sure what the fuck just happened, but that dog bastard is gone so I'm going to assume it went well. Good job, it only took you three weeks to finally make some progress here.

Not that I'm blaming most of you for the complete failures of the previous weeks, all the adults who are supposed to be wrangling the rest of you are too busy wrangling each other's dicks. I expected the love-dodecagon smoochfest from the teenagers, but I expected better of the rest of you. Seriously, priorities? Have you heard of them before?

Anyway, I'm sure you have questions, and I'm in a good mood tonight since you finally got something done. So ask away. I'll be around, until you get too annoying.

Let me explain something to you:

Say you had a six-sided dice. Now say I offered you a deal: if I roll it and roll any number except a 2, you get $100. But if I roll a 2, I get $100 from you.

Now, mathematically speaking, that's a pretty good bet to take. 5 out of 6 chance for you to get free money. But that doesn't mean that the bad outcome won't ever happen. It's just not likely to happen. All you can do is make the best choice given the information you have and hope that you don't fuck up too badly.

[So yes, he did fuck up.]

I know exactly how that logic works. That's the logic that got Minato falsely convicted this past weekend.

I'll say it again: you fucked up. Your intentions were good, you played the odds, but you LOST. And Ichigo suffered for it.

Just because you feel like you made the best choice with the information you had doesn't mean you didn't fuck up.
