Then again, you are underground. That's just to be expected, considering no natural light can get down here in the first place. The Monsters around you are just as friendly as ever, though now there's far, far less of them.

Elephant ears are these [ miming the shape, about as big as a paper plate ] big sheets of fried, sweet dough covered in powdered sugar. Sometimes they put other stuff on there, like brown sugar, or cinnamon, or honey, or whatever.
