[CONTINUE + 4] Week 1 || Act: mingle

Monday comes onto the snowy town once more, though it still looks as if it's 'night' as ever.
Then again, you are underground. That's just to be expected, considering no natural light can get down here in the first place. The Monsters around you are just as friendly as ever, though now there's far, far less of them.
Is time running out for the mission? How many more loops do you have?
...You feel as if something is watching you when you're not looking.

we were young when it happened.

[ So, that's...something. ]
...That aside, what do you do to entertain yourself? Besides cracking puns at others.
no subject
and do what bones do best.
want to hear a dark joke?
no subject
Go ahead, then. I'll allow it.

knock knock

...Who's there?

Needle who?

you don't seem the type to waste your time.
what are you here for really, bud?
[ isn't there something that dazai shared at the meeting ]
no subject
Maybe a few other somethings. ]
Coincidentally, I believe you may know something about the CORE. So, first of all, what exactly is this Spectra made of? And second, where is this ore coming from, exactly?
no subject
[ ... ]
the ore is from the mountain.
it's all around us, bud.
the spectra is made from crystals.
no subject
[ As in, yes. ]
...And why exactly did it have so many strange colors in the first place? Due to where its located, it seems like it shouldn't be possible.
no subject
that's because it has the same energy output of a certain kind of raw energy.
no subject
[ ...hm. He had a feeling he knew what 'certain kind of raw energy' meant here. ]
Was it always here, even before that 'raw energy' was known to exist? It seems to have been studied only after a certain point due to its appearance.
no subject
it's always been there, we just didn't realize it until recently.
a few decades or so ago i think?
when everything turned colorful.
no subject
and here was where it became obvious the rper was dumber than the muse. ]...How exactly did color get 'here' in the first place? Did something herald its arrival at all or was it all suddenly here at once?
no subject
we all began to see colors all at one.
no subject
[ So he wouldn't be the one to know the answer to 'which came first'? But, some of the other questions that were asked...well. They were answered.
Maybe this was good enough for now. ]
Well, I believe that's all I had to ask of you, then.
[ He'll turn away from the other, indeed heading to make his exit. Sans was right that he wasn't the type to waste his time. ]

Something of a parting remark. ]
...Before I leave, you mentioned to one of my associates a 'code' to give to you should one of us see you again.
It was said as "Two one, one six, one nine, one six, one eight, zero one, and two five." Which would happen to translate to 'Papyrus' when arranged properly, correct?
no subject
that's my secret password.
...
... ...
i'll give you another that could help you.
two six six three seven.
do me a favor before you go, pal.
keep an eye on papyrus for me
no subject
...Hmph. Telling that to someone you don't know all that well must mean that your expectations of myself to accept were rather high in the first place.
[ Well, there was a pause. He'd die before saying he was friendly with any of those creatures (even after everything he still was like this.) But...it's not like he didn't want to accept. It'd be irritating to see any further hopeful light smothered, even in a place like this. ]
That said, I suppose it does fall upon my shoulders to keep an occasional better watch over him than some mere mongrel. So to that end, I will accept your request.
