My original thought was that it was something subconscious- like reading my thoughts.

But if it's NOT then "narration" indicates a "writer".

And if there is a "my" narration instead of "the" narration then it wasn't talking about A Writer, like you would maybe consider God or Fate.

But a "Writer for Ren". And Boss.. what's the saying? "That way lies madness"

Each "game" seems to work a little differently. Maybe we just weren't used to the "mechanics" yet.

Or... the "players" weren't.

"Narration" is a pretty specific word, isn't it?

If it was just talking about subconscious, 'thoughts' would be the usual word for it, right? Like most things that deal with reading minds... they don't really bring up the word 'narrative', I'm fairly certain.

So it has to be something over the internet, I think.

And the words that were spoken were "I see you", specifically. Twice.

That means that so many people could potentially be watching all of our conversations during all of these 'games'.

Honestly, it seems like the server might be inherently inaccessible to us anyway.

It does seem to rule out some easy solutions, though. We could just access the text and write something like "and then the group from the Foundation won."

That would be too vague; you'd have to say: "and the 6350s all got the happy ending that they always wanted - the Foundation world was saved from an eternal darkness, everything that had been deleted into oblivion was restored from the lost code, and every world that was deemed frozen was unfrozen, allowing everyone a choice: to return to their home worlds or stay in this one."

... Ah, but if that happens, nobody's allowed in my world for two years.

Mm, I do imagine that it may be something like that. Someone who is controlling what we say or do...

If that is the case, then it would be something similar to how a Witch operates...they want the most exciting story they can get, but one that is fulfilling in the end.

But we should be able to revolt against that. There must be a way.

It wouldn't be that weird, would it? I mean... I already read my entire manga, and watched the anime. So even if we're all real, there's a real person in this world who wrote about all our lives.

So... maybe this world is fiction too?
