1: DO NOT LET THE SPECTRA LEVELS GO BELOW 50%
2: CORE TEMPERATURE MUST REMAIN WITHIN 200-300 DEGREES TO KEEP THE SPECTRA LIQUID.
3: IF ENERGY DRAIN GOES ABOVE 50%, TELL APPLICABLE RULER TO IMMEDIATELY ORDER REDUCED ENERGY MEASURES.

DO NOT FALL INTO THE SPECTRA AS YOU WILL INSTANTLY DIE. COLORS ON THE SPECTRA SHOULD BE VIBRANT AND EASILY SEEN FROM THE WALKWAYS. OBEY SAFETY RULES AND DO NOT RUN ON WALKWAYS OR LEAN OVER HANDRAILS.

IF MORE SPECTRA IS NEEDED THEN FILL OUT A MINING ORDER.

The Spectra seems to be a mineral of some sort...? The Compacity seems low, though...

[They do look a little....rusty, in places. It's kind of clear there hasn't been a lot of maintenance in this area.]

[Do anything look like it might break soon? Also controls, he's not planning on messing with them, but it might be a good idea to find them and see if he can discern what they do just in case...]

[Sadly, it seems whatever controls are in this are inside of the machine itself, which is all heavily locked down. it's possible it could also respond to magic, but you have no way of finding that out with your powers gone.

The pipes are rusty, but they don't look like they're about to break just yet.]

Yes, I suspect it's the liquid, or perhaps the plasma form of a mineral.

This sorta reminds me of a nuclear reactor, come to think of it. The cooling tanks, how ya ain't supposed to let the liquid inside go below a certain level, the fuel rods...
