[After so long a trip, you're all finally here. Taken through a hidden passage inside of the very mountain itself, you find yourself standing in front of a field of flowers, growing well due to the open roof above it. If you look up, you can just make out the shimmering colors off of the barrier - looking almost like the shine off of a soap bubble.

Try not to trample on the flowers as you approach the open, purple gate. And remember to wear your masks, now that you're here!

...Still, the sight of the yellow flowers waving in the wind....such a cheery sight fills you with determination for what's to come.

Welcome to the Underground.

...Again. The loop happened again, and you're here. Everything is the same.

Someone who was dead is alive again.

The trial...it was...you remember only up until Gilgamesh was FOUGHT against, and then...nothing.

You feel you shouldn't try to remember anything beyond that.

Not only that, But more monster names have faded from your memory.

[Chuuta waits, quietly, fear keeping him still (he's terrified, this could kill him in a way there might not be any coming back from).]

[For a long moment there's nothing, nothing but Chuuta's own rising panic.]

Drew!

[A feeling in the back of Chuuta's head like an old computer waking up from a screensaver.]

[Chuuta! Drew was waiting for you.]

You're okay? Are you okay?

[Drew's fine, Drew was just waiting for something to change, and it did. Drew knew Chuuta would figure something out.]

Okay... okay. He's fine. I think he's fine.

[Did Chuuta reset the week?]

N-no. I didn't reset it, it reset hours ago.

[Drew doesn't remember that. Drew remembers Ren hitting the STOP command at the trial, and then Drew was waiting.]

Okay. We... no one else remembers that part. We remember getting ready to fight the king, and then resetting. Red did something to your memories so you remembered the rest of the trial.

[... Drew might have been restored to an earlier save point in Drew's memories.]

Okay, that... makes sense?

[She only heard half of that conversation, so.]

Does he not remember the reset?

No, he said he remembers the trial and then... waiting.

He doesn't remember the reset, he says he thinks you restored him to a save point before his memories were erased.

At first I tried to just restore the memories, but the damage was too deep. 'Restoring everything to a prior save state' is actually an accurate description of what I tried to do.

We know the consequences now, at least: for anyone we make remember the trial, they're going to forget anything that has happened since the trial.

[Chuuta? Is Red going to have other people remember the trial?]

Yeah, that's the plan. We didn't know what would happen if w--

[Drew was waiting a long time, Chuuta. It was just Drew, waiting and thinking. But nobody else here is a monitalien, no one else is designed to wait for that long.]

[Ren used STOP and stopped everything, but Drew thinks it was as long as Drew was on Earth.]

[That's why Drew said don't do that.]

... Red? He says no one else should remember it. I think he's right.

I thought as much. I don't want any of you to be harmed by remembering.

Yeah, he's... [Chuuta isn't sure. There's something in Drew that isn't meshing properly with Chuuta right now.]
He's really shaken up. He's really serious about making sure you don't let anyone else remember.

Then we can respect that. As long as one of you remembers, that one can relay the information to everyone else. Though you may have to talk for a while to thoroughly explain everything that happened. Are you up for that?

[Chuuta? Everyone can hear Drew when we FIGHT. It might be faster like that.]

It might be! But I feel like every time we FIGHT it does something weird.

You could use one of the other commands you have. What ones do you have now anyway?

Oh, I mean just... opening the menu usually makes things go weird.

We can ACT, I know Drew used SMOOCH before.

[Don't use STOP! Chuuta! Don't use STOP!]

Drew, it's okay? It's okay, we don't even have a STOP command.

That was one you gained in the last trial, though I don't know if you still have it. I'm guessing Drew is telling you not to use it, and I would have to agree with him.

[Don't use SNOOP either, Chuuta. That made it mad.]

Did we get SNOOP in the trial too?
