Monday comes onto the snowy town once more, though it still looks as if it's 'night' as ever.

Then again, you are underground. That's just to be expected, considering no natural light can get down here in the first place. The Monsters around you are just as friendly as ever, despite this being your second 'time' trying this monday.

...Though....are there a few less Monsters here than there were before? ...Nah. You must be imagining it.

You still have a mission - and after the events of the last trial, you want to do your best to stop whatever is causing this.

But, hey. You really do have nothing but time now to figure it out.

[clarke technically has no confirmation of that, sh refuses to stop hoping they made it up safely to the ring and are all alive and well] Not quite but some of my friends are up in space right now if they things worked out and they made it up there safely.

[clarke isn't too surprised to hear that if only because that is how she feels constantly about what she's lived through and dealt with back home] Oh— it was the only way they would survive the nuclear apocalypse which was happening for the second time.

Really? Hold on, hold on, how could anyone survive the place gettin' nuked the first time around?

That's— it happened years before I was born and mankind went up to space. I grew up in space for most of my life on space station that orbited Earth.

It wasn't until 97 years later than we eventually found it was safe to be on Earth again but that barely even lasted a year before learning the remaining nuclear power plants around the world that were failing would result in another wave of radiation spreading across the world. [that was pretty much how it was in a nutshell though she deliberately skipping out on the details on everything else they had to deal with in between]

You know about my blood, right? [she assumes as much given how it would have been pretty obvious with her death that happened way back when they were in camp] Well that's how I survived the second time around it happened.
