Then again, you are underground. That's just to be expected, considering no natural light can get down here in the first place. The Monsters around you are just as friendly as ever, despite this being your second 'time' trying this monday.

...Though....are there a few less Monsters here than there were before? ...Nah. You must be imagining it.

You still have a mission - and after the events of the last trial, you want to do your best to stop whatever is causing this.

But, hey. You really do have nothing but time now to figure it out.

[ Giovanni holds up the hard-won ball for their perusal. It gleams in the lack of sunlight. ]

[The dogs almost manage to answer, but then they see the ball. And they go absolutely apeshit.]

[ And thus, the dogs' genders will remain a mystery forever. Alas. ]

[ He dangles it over their heads, just out of reach, as the dogs continue to pant and clamor. ]

Okay, then... go get it!

[ Giovanni winds up and, with all his pitching prowess, hurtles the ball in the opposite direction from Temmie Village. It soars over his companions' heads and out of sight down the path. Fetch! ]

[The ball is going to go flying past the group, bouncing down the path to Snowdin proper. RIP whoever is playing in the snow down there, because two massive dog guards are going to run after it while yelling "BALL! BALL!"

But with them gone, the path to Temmie Village is finally unlocked.]

Back to the dogs. I would rather not do things this way, but... We have at least learned much, and proven ourselves at least somewhat trustworthy.
