Monday comes onto the snowy town once more, though it still looks as if it's 'night' as ever.

Then again, you are underground. That's just to be expected, considering no natural light can get down here in the first place. The Monsters around you are just as friendly as ever, despite this being your second 'time' trying this monday.

...Though....are there a few less Monsters here than there were before? ...Nah. You must be imagining it.

You still have a mission - and after the events of the last trial, you want to do your best to stop whatever is causing this.

But, hey. You really do have nothing but time now to figure it out.

[Once that's said and done, she gives a curt bow before heading out.

I didn't want to bother her any more than I had to - she seemed nervous. It might be better to ask one of the other locals for directions instead.

[Just going to keep the box close to herself, almost protective of it.]

We could go through the neighborhood or across the river, but I don't know which way we want to go. I haven't heard anyone say anything about that village.

That's why we should ask one of the others instead of getting lost-

[speaking of clarke!! she catches up to them shortly just as she hears them discussing where to go] We don't need to worry about that. I asked her for directions actually.

She said we would just need to take the path directly North out of town and that's where we'll run into the guards she was talking about.

[Taking that in mind to draw in her notebook later. Can't do that now because she's holding a box.]

Okay - then north it is.

They can try to follow the path North, but they are stopped by two of the guard dogs.]

Stop! Nobody is allowed to go this way!

[They don't sound mean at all. They are just really excited to do their jobs.]

[before going off though clarke realizes they don't actually know where they are going so she goes to ask the woman before they take off] Before we head out— would you mind giving us directions there?

If you go to Snowdin, you want to take the path directly North out of town. Though there will be a couple guards there, they were the ones who stopped me before.
