[Saturday dawns, bright and early again - and Undyne comes to the inn, flanked by the Royal Guard...all of the Dogs in the area, in their armor or uniforms.

You all only have enough time to get ready - wash yourselves, put on your masks and clothing - before you're ushered out, guarded so heavily that it's clear they expect trouble. Monsters on the way watch you warily, whispering and either looking angry or shocked.

It's clear they no longer have such kind thoughts of you, after what happened.

You're all lead out past Snowdin and Waterfall, into an area that's hot, and the glow of subterranian lava lights the area. Then, past a large hotel...into an area that looks metallic, where some kind of whitish, rainbow-gleaming liquid can be seen below.

In this area, you are led to a wider platform that is still open to the liquid before, with the handrails in place - where there are some seats around, and a familiar face waiting to speak with you.

This...for all of you, it is a familiar sight.

It is a trial location.

You are here to find the killer...and convict one of your own, in a murder that makes no sense.

But you have no choice.

You can only forge ahead....and try to find out the truth.]

Getting you imprisoned... that just sounds like a bad idea- you know more about what's going on here than the rest of us. We need your help.

...not getting into it not being fair in general, but we've all already dealt with that so I won't bother.

We also can't trust that he's not still under the influence of whatever had him do this.

At least in jail it means that we could keep an eye on him.

I think I might make it possible...

Dogs do not like him, if I as a dog want to see him, they may think of it as a dire emergency since 'how could a dog possibly want to see him unless there's an absolute need'.

[ hm...he stays silent for a moment, before whispering back to holmes: ]

But that may arise suspicion if you visit him too many times-- this may only work once or twice, with very spaced intervals. We will have to plan more carefully once this is over.

I know - I'm still trying to find solutions... better when this is over.

I'm only thankful that the Queen showed mercy on us. Even jail time is more lenient than the previous experiences of your missions.

I'm sure they'll let us visit him. He did take out one of our companions, after all. So we're owed that much, right?

[ Said loud enough for the monsters watching them hear ]

No better punishment than seeing us after he killed one of our own monsters, right? That way he can never forget what he has done.
