She- she got killed by someone possessed by a monster.

I could have stayed with her that night. I was the last person to see her alive, I could've stayed with her. But I didn't. I got shy because I had kissed her for the first time, and I went back to my room.

Not the kind of monsters here. They were other SCPs. A Jorogumo had possessed one of our group and was using him to kill others for food. Inaba was one of the ones who got eaten.
