[She hadn't been there that morning. But she got up early sometimes anyway, so he hadn't suspected anything. Maybe she had just gone for an early breakfast or something. But now that he's standing here looking at her body, he can't even breathe, much less think about how wrong he had been.

Atsushi just sinks down to his knees, unable to look away from her lifeless body.

[Sad tiger in snow is very sad indeed, especially since he can't be near Inaba right now. Not while they're checking her body for evidence.

So he pushes himself to his feet, and moves to walk back to the inn. The others can handle the investigation for now, he's going back to sleep.]
