Monday comes onto the snowy town, though it still looks as if it's 'night' as ever.

Then again, you are underground. That's just to be expected, considering no natural light can get down here in the first place. The Monsters around you are just as friendly as ever, and there's so much to explore.

But, there is also that ever-looming threat. Still, it doesn't seem like anyone here could do such a thing as summon something to eat this world....right?

Well. You still have time to figure it out.

If... if whatever is calling this down did get their power through SOULs- we may have just given them a buffet by coming here at all.

He is not a 6350 like us, though with his penchant for trouble...

More important question: would a monster or human who did absorb our SOULS end up with our abilities much like the miasma and spider in that house?

The energy is certainly a problem, no doubt, but the rest of it...

That house was a world-ender entity. We're against a MULTI-world-ender possibility, right?

I was wondering about that, actually. I only watched what happened of course, but it seems different than this- less like she absorbed you all and more like she had your SOULs captured. Like, well, a spider. Sucking out what energy she needed, and enforcing her will on you all like a poison. But not really merging like the book suggests.

The spider and its web and want for children was the one keeping the curse inside the house, I think.

The curse was the one that was taking us in and using our abilities and SOULS for energy to escape and spread.

I didn't really realize it until Yuri-san's ghost gave me, and the rest of us living by proxy, thanks for doing what was needed to break them free.

... I wasn't dead for very long, and only after the seal over the house was broken, so all I can say is that there was certainly a level of... fusion... that occurred with those who were dead. Though it was more like "shared"?

The question is who would have done that? The only instance of 6350 that I'm aware of being here before us are Cinque and, technically, Red.

[ and while he doesn't know red, he's sure he would have seen something in the files if she were that dangerous. ]

But if this is the case, then we should make sure that we maintain our disguises. The last thing we need to do is to have them find out what we are.

And before anyone asks: The one known as Ryoga Hibiki is still on the surface.

He escaped from the Foundation a long time ago and accidentally walked into the mission Inaba, Atsushi and I all met each other on!

I've had to track him down a few times, too. He's pretty tough to catch even when he's not trying to get lost!

We should avoid getting into more fights, then. Or at least gain the trust of those that can protect us in case we have no option but to get into a fight.

... Yeah.

I explained how fights work in case of an emergency, but I think it's better if we can avoid them at all costs.

Only if we allow it to occur, to which I say you'd be a fool in order to do so. We're not in that accursed house, and therefore the situation's different.

As soon as we locate who is responsible for this, we should end the problem instantly and permanently so it doesn't trouble us anymore than it already has.
