ROUND 6 - INTRO

[After so long a trip, you're all finally here. Taken through a hidden passage inside of the very mountain itself, you find yourself standing in front of a field of flowers, growing well due to the open roof above it. If you look up, you can just make out the shimmering colors off of the barrier - looking almost like the shine off of a soap bubble.

Try not to trample on the flowers as you approach the open, purple gate, where it looks as if someone is waiting for all of you just inside. And remember to wear your masks, now that you're here!

...Still, the sight of the yellow flowers waving in the wind....such a cheery sight fills you with determination for what's to come.

Welcome to the Underground.

[clarke just looks more concerned than freaked out about it honestly] The other you? So how different is she?

She's... uh... outgoing.

More outgoing? [because that doesn't explain or sound like much of anything to freak out over]

W-What do you mean by that? I'm not o-outgoing in the slightest. She's the complete opposite of me!

No— I just meant that if that's all it is then I don't think it's anything to freak out over.

[ugly_split_ends]

She's.... uh...

[Trails off, mumbling incoherently.]

She's... what?

[ugly_split_ends]

She's a... se-... -iller...

[romancekiller]

Can you try repeating that again?

[ugly_split_ends]

[And, that's her limit. She yells:]

She's a serial killer!!

[romancekiller]

Oh— that's... no wonder you were nervous about talking about it. Is there anything else we need to know?

[ugly_split_ends]

Um... n-no matter what she does, we have the same goal... she w-won't kill anyone.

[She trails off into more incoherent mumbling.]

[clarke just nods and doesn't press further because honestly she is not really one to judge really] That's good to know— I'm sure that wasn't easy for you but thank you for sharing that with us.

[ugly_split_ends]

[She can't help groaning, and clutching her head in obvious distress.]

I c-can't believe I'm blurting this out to s-so m-many people.... y-you're all going to s-see me as some k-kind of f-freak...

Well if it helps, I don't think that.

W-What kind of person wouldn't think someone like me is a freak?? [...] You're just lying to try to make me feel b-better!

Is it that hard to believe? I have no reason to lie about it.

O-Of course you do! You're just trying to show the freak some pity... am I wrong?

Yeah, you are wrong about that. I'm not the type of person to say that if I didn't mean it.

...I have no way of knowing if that's true.

[She grits her teeth.]

[clarke can see there's hesitation with her words which really she can't blame her for when they haven't talked prior to this] We'll have to get to know each other better then.
