Week 7: Fast Forward to 2020

It is done.

The last tape has played. All of the information that can be found from them has been discovered. They are free to re-watch the tapes, but nothing new can be found there.

The barrier will fail next Saturday. This is unavoidable. The barrier set by Tages will finally fall, and the curse will be free once more.

The only question is, what will those left alive in 2020 do to prepare?

Can you tell us how to get in contact with "Red?"

Unfortunately, Red is...out of the picture for the time being. You won't be able to reach her before the time limit is up.

Making the very large assumption that we succeed in defeating the curse and rescuing that group, will we be able to rescue *all* of them? I'm particularly concerned about Tokiwa-san and Todd-san.

All of the people from 6350, as well as Tages, will be easy to retrieve. Being an SCP gives them all- minus Tages, of course- some resistance to effects caused by other SCPs. So their souls should be only partially corrupted. Find a way to undo the corruption, and you can rescue them.

For Todd, however...I cannot say for certain. He is not from 6350, so he does not have that protection.

[OH GOOD so Nanaka's soul still exists. She wasn't sure how canon that goofy event with the ghost licenses was.

So it comes down to 6350 again. For a world that isn't our own, this one sure seems to revolve around us.

It's not just being a 6350. It's that, as a 6350, you are an SCP. This world is made for SCPs.

You've given us a lot of good information to work with, but I find myself curious about something. If they really had tried to break out immediately, would it have worked?

It's hard to say for certain. Perhaps, if Tages had revealed himself immediately, and everyone had used their powers to blast through? But that's the beauty of life: it's unpredictable.
