Just like before, you all get up in the morning...but you know that after today, there will be less of you.

The Lady appears again, leading you all up the stairs to the third floor, just like before. You arrive at the chapel - where a screen near the altar is already playing a video, the sound of the most beautiful instrument in the world washing over you all as you take a seat in the pews.

The Lady puts down some tarp near the altar, as if expecting this to get messy. When she's finished, she sets her gaze on all of you, her beautiful face somehow awful during this moment before someone dies.

"Good morning. Shall we begin this execution?"

[The Lady continues speaking once she's certain she has everyone's attention, as Flat arrives, flanked by The Captain and another Staff member.]

Every execution needs an executioner.

Cinque. You have been chosen as Flat Escardos' executioner today. Please join me and your victim up before the Altar.

[Without waiting for a response, she continues -]

Please pick from one of these methods of execution: Hanging, Drowning, Stabbing, Strangling, Immolation, Electrocution, or the Iron Maiden. You have ten minutes to decide.

[ quietly calling out her name, just watching and waiting to see what happens ]

We did some testing after the trial last night. We had to use some samples from the puppy though, so the only thing we managed to figure out in the end was that it's immune to fire.

[ flat doesn't look all that worried. he smiles at the crowd, and even waves at them. ] Good morning, prey! As I said yesterday, today I will die for the sake of my God. But, in reward for my sacrifice and devotion, I will not perish-- I will live again, to continue hunting and feasting on all of you! To you, Akira Kurusu and Makoto Nijima...my Lord dedicates this to you. [ and then, he turns to cinque, the wide smile growing ] So, my dear executioner. How would you like to exact your revenge on this flesh body? How would you like to make Flat Escardos suffer?

I mean, he also did say [ in the worst Flat imitation that she can muster, on purpose: ] "Your futile attempts will not stop me, even if this body is set in flames," so that was a pretty strong hint against fire, too.

[ So a lot happened last time someone was executed (the 'a lot' being the execution really even if he'd looked away when it'd happened), so he didn't catch the otamatone conversation then. ]
