Today's trial was a mixture of regret, anger, guilt, and second-thoughts. Perhaps some people realized that situations and choices weren't to be black or white. However, decisions were made, and whether it'd be through people keeping secrets or causing a ton of chaos...everyone could probably agree on one thing:

They've made their choices and no matter what happened in the coming days, they will lie in the beds they made for themselves. Whatever that should mean for each and every single person still living here.

That being said, there's still new choices to make. In the days to come, what will those be?

[ For the record he probably saw Date move bodies into the trash room but a King did not hang around places such as that (yes, even now.) so he didn't approach. Besides the fact he had other things to attend to.

But that changed come Sunday, on account of him heading this way himself eventually. ]

[Wow, someone's too good to hang out with the trash, huh!! Well, that's fine tbh, because it's not like Date likes it either even if he is trash. The smoking lounge is at least pleasant!! Anyways, he looks up from the open bottle he's sniffing at when Gil addresses him, looking as sour as ever.]

Might as well. It's practically the only good thing about this place.

[ Though Gilgamesh didn't exactly like the room much because it reminded him of this is was where Seteth died. Look, he's moving forward and all that, but he was bitter.

He'll also take one more bottle into his hands because why not. ]

I've not much interest in what's remaining, though I suppose it can't hurt to add one more to the collection.

Either way, while he'll scoff a little at the remark, he won't stop Gil from taking the other bottle. He already stowed some into Room 4 earlier on, and there is only so much alcohol you can stuff in somewhere before you gotta just let it go.]

Yeah? Maybe we'll eventually get a place that'll actually meet your standards. What the hell do you normally drink, anyway? Stuff that comes in diamond-encrusted bottles?

Normally what I'd drink is something the usual mongrel would have no hope of attaining through regular means. After all, all the world's finest treasures are mine.

Which, naturally, includes alcohol that could be considered as such.

Either way, the containers themselves would be gold. So in a way you're not too far off from assuming the idea that even what held such drinks would be considered valuable.

[Gil laughing at him(?) is nothing new, so his frown just deepens a bit in response.]

At least something like that would be worth calling a treasure. [Even if he's Unsure about all of the world's treasures being Gil's??]

However, I'm feeling gracious enough to let you in how much you're missing.

[ He'll suddenly leave the smoking lounge.

Following this, Date will find a little present in his room with a note that'll say pretty pretentiously 'Your welcome' next to a cup of alcohol. Also for the record this is the real good shit. Nothing in the bar could come close to tasting liquor unattainable by normal human hands. ]

Okay, what is he going on about. Before he's able to ask, though, Gil's already gone as Date's left in the dust to just raise an eyebrow over that whole thing. Assuming that Gil doesn't come back for a bit, he'll just shrug and check on a couple of other bottles before returning to his room to stow some away in his ever-growing stash.

However, it's hard to miss the cup that's now placed rather conspicuously in their room. While he eyes it suspiciously, examining the note and sniffing at it for any unusual smells, he does eventually take the cup to take a small sip.
