the truth is, everyone wishes to be saved.

The execution has come and passed with the death of two more Agents. However time moves on without cease and so must the living. There are no celebrations, only the silence that grows heavier and heavier with every day and the feeling that something is pleased with what it has done.

There are two more days before the new week arrives: what will you do?

[ Ugh. Honestly, any non-shield interactions with Subete always tend to make Saphir bristle, and this is no exception. Those shitty smirks at the worst times are completely off-putting!! (IT'S A GOOD THING JADE DOESN'T ACT LIKE THAT!!) ]

Nothing new, no. I just wanted to document this week's rooms a little more clearly, for future reference, and check for any potentially useful details we may have missed.

[ He's not going to be specific about why he's looking at these particular walls right here because asshole ghosts are probably listening, but you know why!!! ]

Ideally, it would have been done before most of these places were torn apart, but. [ sigh! ] Lesson learned for next week, I suppose. Make these rounds after most of the traps are out of the picture and before Lore-- Friday.

[Hmm. He's actually going to stop jogging and start stretching now, because while this is probably just Saphir turning in circles on the ground (kind of hilarious) -- it's also not a bad follow-up considering the somewhat ridiculous, maybe valid, maybe bullshit things that their own personal terrible secret agent has wrought this week.

Also wow, isn't it a really good thing he's not Jade. He just snorts and taps semi-mockingly on the wall, it's probably complete nonsense (Or: .- / -... .. --. / -... . .- .-. / .... ..- --. --. . -.. / --- -. . / .- -. -.. / - .... . -. / - .... . .-. . / .-- . .-. . / - .-- --- .-.-.-).]

It's a good thing we've been mapping the house up to this point. You never know when one of the wrecked rooms will come back to haunt us -- they're a little harder to see coming than our dear Vessels.

[They're really not dear in any sense of the word except possibly cost, but eh.]

Haha, it's smart to let the combatants take the traps. I'm sure we won't run out. [wow] And what's Lore Friday?

[ ...He tries to translate that code at first, but drops it a few words in when it's clear that it's something stupid. WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS. ]

I'm curious how that will work, actually. I think... the dressing room was the only recurring room so far, wasn't it? But in a different location and with a slightly different shape than the first time. It seems possible that some aspects of the rooms could reset when they're reinserted into different spaces, but I don't know if that's the case here or not.

[ an indignant frown at that last part...! ]

I was correcting myself. Loreleiday is the name of the day before the weekend in my world, and I still think of that way sometimes.

[The amusement in his expression ticks up just another notch; really, though, the Morse shitposting wasn't for you, silly Saphir.]

Given that this house is most likely in a separate pocket of space-time, and that the rules of this dimension are being bent or warped somehow... Hmm. A house, perhaps, that may be even bigger on the inside than it appears -- even at first glance.

[Which is actually kind of terrible for their purposes, but he drawls it out like it's a piece of an interesting puzzle. And, well, they've got a truly hellish puzzle here, why not. Saphir's indignation gets bald curiosity in return, actually.]

Oh? You know, this is the first I've heard of an alternate calendar, despite everything? It really makes it feel like a different dimension when that happens.

Yes, well, I'm from a completely different planet than the rest of you [ not that everyone else is from the same planet, but no one else is from his, anyway ], so of course our calendar is different. We also have seven days in a week, but 58 to 60 days in a month and 765 days in a year. I think I've adapted to the timekeeping here pretty well, considering.
