The flowers that bloomed at the end of the trial are ones that only seem to prove, continuously, that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Of course, it's only natural that many of the people are full of mixed emotions - grief? sadness? anger? frustration? maybe something else completely different?

But it's there, along with the end of the week.

Miasma still continues to be around, of course - but make use of the fact that this might be the last time it'll be at a low level one before it shoots up again.

Life continues as usual, disregarding any feelings that any of the house's occupants might be feeling.

Yeah. I have a twin brother who I barely remember at all.

[Oh... huh.]

Do you remember anything you can tell me about him?

They're bits and pieces but...when we were young, he was the one who protected me. I was shy and withdrawn and he was loud and unafraid of the world. We were opposites in both looks and personality, ah, actually—

[ He pauses and digs out his phone, pressing a few buttons and then offering it to her with an image pulled up. ]

I didn't know why I had that picture on here until recently. Can you spot us?

[Peering at the photo. It actually takes her a second to identify them, though.]

...Is he the one with blue eyes and green shoes?

Yeah, that's him—Yamato. Or that's the name I knew him by in the manor, at least. I was around him for several weeks, and I never would have guessed we were brothers...

So you were both there with amnesia?

[kaliedoscopes]

[ He nods. ]

Everyone in the mansion awoke with amnesia, it seemed to have been a side effect of whatever happened that got us there in the first place.

But you have no idea what that was?
