Opinions without 3.1415 are just Onions (Week1 post trial)

After everything, the house seems almost too still and too mundane. At least as long as the doors to that room remain closed. One by one those covered in what was once their teammate are lead to the showers or change in silence. There is no warm meal waiting for them. No words of encouragement.

Life goes on, regardless.

[Emil stumbles upon Ky and the bottles of perfume, while he's leaving the note. Huh]

That's a really good idea. Great thinking.

[It'll be a lot of help]

[He looks up when he heard someone come in, before giving Emil a nod of greeting]

It's a trick one of the older men in the order taught me, he used peppermint oil... I tried to find types that were strong enough to cover the smell of blood that wouldn't also cause a headache.

[The smell of blood...ugh, that bring to mind something:]

We're never going to be able to get close to that living room ever again.

[Because who's going to clean that up? Not many, he supposes. At least enough to make it look like nothing happened]

Someone... has to least do something for him.

[Even if Sho was a killer and a selfish asshole... it didn't feel good, not with how he went out, or that even by proxy it's hte first time he helped to kill a person, not a monster]

At least his remains shouldn't be allowed to stay like that.

Is it bad I'm not feeling much sympathy for him?

[Like he's sure he should. But any sympathy he felt was kind of destroyed when Sho threatened all of them with a bomb. Hard for him to feel much sympathy about that.

...well, no, he still has some, but he's trying to ignore it]

It's more about decency than sympathy... and for the ones he betrayed by doing this.

[Okay, there is a little sympathy but mostly just it didn't feel right]

He betrayed everyone anyway. He'd have been responsible for at least three deaths other than himself!

[It's a miracle the bomb debacle ended like it did, really]
