RECORDING 2: THE FIRST MURDER

An entire week has passed, and nothing has happened. For a brief glimmer of time, it seemed like they wouldn't succumb. That they would be able to face down the Vessel, the Curse, and come out stronger on the other side.

....But when they wake up today, it's easy to feel the wrongness in the air. The sense of satisfaction from something lurking deep inside, pleased that it was fed...and pleased that finally, the killing had started.

As you all rise and look towards a new day, the faint traces of Miasma lap at your heels...

...And around whatever corpse now lingers in the hallways...

[Oddly, it seems there's not much damage - like her head was made to be detachable.

Other than the oil stains, there's not much that was done to it beyond that.]

[ Well that's good at least. After a cursory look over he slides her eyes closed, it may not be much but it's something. This is better left in the hands of someone who's familiar with machinery, so if there's nothing else he could notice on his own then he'll run off to grab a sheet from his bed to wrap her head in for the trial that awaits them.

The rest of the lamp can come too, just in case, along with the screwdriver. ]
