RECORDING 2: THE FIRST MURDER

An entire week has passed, and nothing has happened. For a brief glimmer of time, it seemed like they wouldn't succumb. That they would be able to face down the Vessel, the Curse, and come out stronger on the other side.

....But when they wake up today, it's easy to feel the wrongness in the air. The sense of satisfaction from something lurking deep inside, pleased that it was fed...and pleased that finally, the killing had started.

As you all rise and look towards a new day, the faint traces of Miasma lap at your heels...

...And around whatever corpse now lingers in the hallways...

I've subsisted on a lot more than just that and had to get up the next morning.

There have been no significant changes, beyond Todd becoming an enemy after everything that happened on Monday.

[But yes, time for us to get distracted by drag marks.]

[The drag marks seem to be going from the Staff bedroom to the Tool Shed.

There's also what looks like black, smudged footprints going from the Tool Shed to the Ballroom. They also vaguely smell like oil.]

You should probably head towards the tool shed. I should be able to handle things around here.

he's pretty sure Nanaka's on top of things, so time to head over to the Tool Shed, though he's keeping an eye out for more details in that direction]

[They're definitely on the larger side, but it's too smudged to get a clear impression on.]
