RECORDING 2: THE FIRST MURDER

An entire week has passed, and nothing has happened. For a brief glimmer of time, it seemed like they wouldn't succumb. That they would be able to face down the Vessel, the Curse, and come out stronger on the other side.

....But when they wake up today, it's easy to feel the wrongness in the air. The sense of satisfaction from something lurking deep inside, pleased that it was fed...and pleased that finally, the killing had started.

As you all rise and look towards a new day, the faint traces of Miasma lap at your heels...

...And around whatever corpse now lingers in the hallways...

He'll also find a sizable dent in the floor, along with some clear drag marks out towards the hallway.

It looks like whoever did this had something pretty heavy to carry.]

Did they move a desk too? [Yuri's crouching down to get a closer look at that dent and drag marks]

Something must've been on the rug they needed to haul out that would've been too heavy to carry...

[He pursed his lips, as he looks to see If any of the beds or furniture looks out of place]

[The dent looks more like Something heavy fell on the floor. The drag marks are also consistent with someone using the rug to help drag said heavy thing out, though it's clear whatever it was scuffed the floor in the process.

There doesn't seem to be anything out of place, otherwise.]
