It smelled like charred wood and motor oil...

And there was a terrible, forboding feeling....like some kind of hideous wrong had happened.
Like a demon had snuck in and stolen lives away...

Yet, in the end...they had to search, to find the body and find the clues that would bring them to the killer themselves in tomorrow's trial.

...Who is still alive?

And who isn't?

None of them....know at all...beyond the killer and the dead...

It's that time again, folks - wound check + clothing check

With so many people who died, it'd be a miracle if whoever did this got out of this without any scratches or anything else. So, let's check for any injuries - clothing would be good to look at too.

[ Riku is checking anyone to see if they have any wounds or such on them, making sure to even chase after them, knock on doors if he has to. A guy's gotta do what he has to do.

He'll also be examining people's clothing up close as well for any oddities. ]

...Girls can check each other as usual.

[ Sora is clear, other than whatever minor bruising he got from Takumi crashing into him yesterday.

He'll scope out Riku too cause hey. ]

[ Takumi has a fun new shirt but he's clean both in wounds and clothing weirdness. His shoes are probably a little scuffed from rummaging through the linen room though. ]

Smell Check

He's checking for any gun powder, any odd smells (oil and stuff), and checking how clean people are? Did they shower/bathe/jump in the ocean recently? Anyone smell of LEMONS ]

[SHE HAS BATHED, but there are no underlying smells? and her shower scents are distant enough to easily have been from yesterday]

Flake Check

[ He will be combing it to look for odd flakes. Grey or the fake skin variety.

He's also checking places like under finger nails. Gotta get thorough since they lost their doctor and fox ]

[She's aiming for a semi-blind test of everyone's handedness, because just asking people seems like an obvious thing to lie or fake through. Then again, most of the more cynical people can probably see what she's doing anyway, but just humor her please.]
